, CCIM

Vikki is a recognized leader in commercial real estate, with over 25 years of experience in commercial brokerage, consulting and asset management. She holds the prestigious CCIM designation and serves as the Commercial Director for KW Commercial in Sarasota, FL.
Beginning her career in 1986 as a commercial pilot in Knoxville, TN, she flew real estate agents and their customers over farms and equestrian tracts for a birds eye view of large parcels of land. This motivated her to pursue a real estate license, and two years later open her own residential real estate company in Sarasota, FL, specializing in waterfront properties.
In 1990 Vikki moved into commercial real estate, opening Commercial Industrial Properties, which focused on listings, sales and management of commercial and income producing properties, along with the disposition of bank owned real estate assets for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Here she was recognized as one of the top 10 sales companies in Florida.
Currently specializing in all aspects of bank owned properties, Vikki enjoys utilizing her extensive experience and network to create solutions for challenging commercial real estate transactions.
